1. Who we are

2. Booking & payment

Bookings are made on this website by credit/debit card together with completion of the registration form. Places are confirmed only once payment is received; we do not hold provisional bookings. All prices include VAT.

3. Eligibility & age

Students must be at least 16 years old (the legal minimum age for drinking alcohol in Luxembourg). The WSET Level 3 Award in Wines requires prior completion of the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines (or equivalent knowledge). If you have not completed Level 2, please contact us before registering for Level 3 so we can confirm your eligibility.

4. Registration with the awarding body

For WSET and Wine Scholar Guild courses we register you with the relevant awarding body and share the personal details they require — for WSET, this includes your name and date of birth. See our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle your data.

5. Exams

Your first exam sitting is included in the course fee. You must present valid photographic ID at the exam. Exams are closed-book and subject to the awarding body’s examination-conduct rules; breaching them may invalidate your result. Resits are payable.

6. Food, allergies & responsible tasting

Some courses and events include food and the tasting of wine. Please tell us about any allergies or intolerances on your registration form. We pass on ingredient information from our caterers but cannot accept liability for allergic reactions. Tasting is an educational part of the course and is never compulsory — spittoons are always provided and you are welcome to taste without swallowing. Please always taste responsibly.

7. Behaviour

We expect students and staff to treat one another professionally and respectfully at all times. We may ask anyone behaving inappropriately to leave, and may report misconduct to the relevant awarding body.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a course, event or product is limited to the price you paid for it, and we do not accept liability for allergic reactions (see “Food, allergies & responsible tasting” above). Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Privacy & cookies

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
